Who can join?

Anyone aged 16 or over who wants structured, supportive running guidance is welcome.
We work with complete beginners, recreational runners, and developing athletes.
If you have an existing medical condition, please consult your GP before starting.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all! Our beginner-friendly programmes are designed to start from your current level and build gradually. No running experience is required.

Who delivers the sessions and plans?

All sessions and training plans are developed and led by UK Athletics Licensed Run Leaders, including Simone Baggaley, ensuring safe, effective, insured guidance based on proven training methods.

How are the plans delivered?

Training plans are delivered via email and explained clearly at the start of your programme.
Some plans may include optional group meet-ups, while others are self-guided with check-in options available.

Where do sessions take place?

Group sessions (such as Couch to 5K) meet at designated locations that may vary depending on season or availability.
Full details are provided by email or text before each session.

What equipment do I need?

Just comfortable clothing, suitable running shoes, and water.
If your plan requires anything extra (like a head torch for winter sessions), we’ll let you know in advance.

Can I join if I have an injury or health condition?

Yes — but please get medical clearance first.
Once you’re cleared to exercise, we can adapt training around recovery or any pre-existing conditions.

How long are the programmes?

Programme length varies based on distance and your starting point.
Couch to 5K runs for 12 weeks.
5K, 10K, and Half Marathon programmes typically run 8 to 12 weeks.

What if I miss a week?

That’s completely fine — life happens!
Your leader can help you adjust your training or provide guidance on how to catch up safely.

How do I sign up?

Visit the Plans page and choose the programme that fits your goal.
Complete the sign-up form, and you’ll receive a confirmation message followed by details on next steps.

Can I get a custom plan?

Absolutely. If you have specific race goals, time constraints, or unique training needs, we can create a personalised plan designed around you.
